Planifikimi Urban në fokus të Arkitekturës në Konferencën Ndërkombëtare të UBT-së

Planifikimi hapësinor, zhvillimi urban, qeverisja territoriale dhe ndikimi i teknologjisë në qytetet e së ardhmes ishin në fokus të sesionit akademik të organizuar në kuadër të aktiviteteve të UBT-së.

Në kuadër të programit akademik të UBT-së, ekspertë, profesorë, profesionistë dhe studiues të fushës së arkitekturës dhe planifikimit hapësinor u mblodhën për të diskutuar sfidat dhe mundësitë e zhvillimit urban, planifikimin e qëndrueshëm dhe transformimin e qyteteve përmes qasjeve bashkëkohore dhe teknologjive inovative.

Sesioni u udhëhoq nga Prof. Dr. Binak Beqaj, ndërsa pjesë e diskutimeve ishte edhe Mimoza Haxhija Jedrashi, kryetare e Odës së Arkitektëve të Republikës së Kosovës. Përmes prezantimeve të ndryshme, pjesëmarrësit trajtuan çështje që lidhen me planifikimin rajonal, performancën institucionale, ndryshimet klimatike, hapësirat e gjelbra dhe përdorimin e teknologjive gjeohapësinore në zhvillimin urban.

Folësi kryesor, Frank D’Hondt, i cili iu bashkua sesionit online, prezantoi temën “Sharing Futures: A Generation – fair Agenda for Regenerative Planning”, duke sjellë në vëmendje rëndësinë e planifikimit rigjenerues dhe të një agjende të drejtë ndërmjet gjeneratave për të ardhmen e hapësirave urbane.

Një nga temat e trajtuara ishte ndarja rajonale e Kosovës sipas parimeve evropiane NUTS, e prezantuar nga Elvida Pallaska dhe Binak Beqaj përmes punimit “Proposed Regional Division of Kosovo according to EU NUTS Principles”. Ndërkaq, Shqiprim Ahmeti, Rineta Jashari dhe Servet Spahiu prezantuan punimin “The State of Municipal Spatial Planning in Kosovo: Document Completion, Institutional Performance and Implementation Gaps”, duke trajtuar gjendjen e planifikimit hapësinor komunal, dokumentacionin dhe sfidat e zbatimit.

Venera Goxha prezantoi temën “From Spatial Data to Ethical Decisions: An Ethical Governance Framework for GIS and AI Assisted Municipal Planning in Kosovo”, me fokus në qeverisjen etike të të dhënave gjeohapësinore dhe përdorimin e inteligjencës artificiale në planifikimin komunal. Ndërsa Skender Kosumi prezantoi “Seestadt – A New Dimension of Living”, duke sjellë një perspektivë mbi dimensionet e reja të jetesës urbane.

Ndikimi i ndryshimeve klimatike në planifikimin urban u trajtua nga Fjollë Caka përmes temës “Urban Planning and Climate Change Management: Where Does Kosovo Stand?”. Në anën tjetër, Nexhat Balaj prezantoi punimin “The Impact of Green Spaces on the Quality of Life in Urban Environments”, duke vënë në fokus rëndësinë e hapësirave të gjelbra për cilësinë e jetës në mjediset urbane.

Përdorimi i teknologjive gjeohapësinore për zhvillim të qëndrueshëm ishte në qendër të punimit “Integrating the 3-30-300 Rule Into Urban Planning: Green Space Access and Sustainable Development Using Geospatial Technologies (GIS, GPS, RS)”, të prezantuar nga Eli Binxhija dhe Edon Maliqi.

Ndërkaq, Eli Binxhija, Era Desku, Erdonis Duraku, Lendiana Fetaj, Gramoz Gashi, Poema Doli dhe Milot Qerimi prezantuan punimin “Negotiating Urban Futures: The Great Game as a Method for Strategic Urban Transformation in Kartal, Istanbul”, duke trajtuar qasjet strategjike për transformimin urban përmes metodave të planifikimit dhe negocimit të së ardhmes së qyteteve.

Trashëgimia dhe zhvillimi urban i Prishtinës u trajtuan nga Shqiprim Ahmeti, Binak Beqaj dhe Anita Ymeri përmes punimit “Classifying the Unwritten City: Towards a Structured Historiography of Prishtina’s Urban Development – Part II”, i cili fokusohet në dokumentimin dhe strukturimin e historisë së zhvillimit urban të kryeqytetit.

Konferenca ndërkombëtare e Fakultetit të Arkitekturës dhe Planifikimit Hapësinor të UBT-së vazhdoi me sesionin e pasdites, në të cilën vazhduan prezantimet e punimeve nga ekspertët e fushës.

Në këtë pjesë të konferencës, vëmendje e veçantë iu kushtua integrimit të inteligjencës artificiale në procesin e projektimit, përdorimit të metodave biomimetike dhe biofilike, ndërthurjes së arkitekturës me inxhinierinë, si dhe ruajtjes dhe rivlerësimit të trashëgimisë arkitekturore. Diskutimet përfshinë gjithashtu banimin social, rinovimin urban, kërkimin arkitekturor dhe përmirësimin e cilësisë së hapësirave të banimit.

Programi u hap me pjesëmarrjen e Prof. Dr. Binak Beqajt, si dhe Mimoza Haxhija Jedrashi, udhëheqëse e Odës së Arkitektëve të Republikës së Kosovës, duke vënë në pah rëndësinë e bashkëpunimit profesional dhe akademik për zhvillimin e arkitekturës në Kosovë.

Një nga prezantimet kryesore ishte ai i Martijn Schildkamp, me temën “(Re-)Introducing Vernacular Building Techniques into Contemporary Architecture and Engineering Practice”, i cili trajtoi rikthimin e teknikave tradicionale të ndërtimit në praktikat bashkëkohore të arkitekturës dhe inxhinierisë.

Dimensioni teknologjik dhe transformimi i praktikës arkitekturore u trajtuan përmes disa punimeve. Alp Arda, i cili mori pjesë online, prezantoi “Power-scapes: Decision Infrastructure as a Design Methodology for Architectural Practice in Transition”. Ndërkaq, Gazmend Uka trajtoi ndikimin e inteligjencës artificiale gjeneruese në edukimin arkitekturor përmes punimit “Prompting Before Thinking? How Generative AI May Bypass Creative Stages in Architectural Design Education”. Faik Beqiri prezantoi temën “From Data to Form: Rethinking the Representation of the Unseen”, duke sjellë në vëmendje marrëdhënien ndërmjet të dhënave dhe përfaqësimit arkitekturor.

Rëndësia e natyrës dhe e proceseve biologjike në projektim ishte një tjetër drejtim i sesionit. Dea Luma prezantoi punimin “From Biophilic Design to Neurophysiological Evidence: Understanding Human Brain Responses to Indoor Greenery”, ndërsa Arton Qorri trajtoi temën “Biomimetic Design in Architecture: Development of a Biomimetic Methodology Based on the Structure and Biomechanics of the Femur”. Këto prezantime sollën në fokus ndërthurjen e arkitekturës me shkencat natyrore dhe kërkimin mbi ndikimin e mjedisit të ndërtuar te njeriu.

Ndërthurja e arkitekturës me inxhinierinë dhe zhvillimi i hapësirave multifunksionale u trajtuan nga Bard Bajcinovci, me temën “Integrating Architecture and Engineering for Kosovo’s Urban Renewal”, si dhe Lisa Shaqiri dhe Luzim Begiri, të cilët prezantuan “The Multifunctional Building as a Platform for Social and Urban Hybridization”.

Një vëmendje e veçantë iu kushtua edhe banimit social dhe zhvillimit të kapaciteteve kërkimore në arkitekturë. Ramë Hamzaj dhe Atdhe Arifi prezantuan temën “Management of the Construction of Affordable and Social Housing Buildings in Kosova”. Andi Latifaj dhe Besa Jaghiu trajtuan “National Institute of Architecture in Kosovo: A Research-Based Architectural Design Proposal”, ndërsa Ilhan Cucović prezantoi “An Institute for Architectural Research in Peja, Kosovo: Rationale, Comparative Models and Strategic Framework”. Këto punime trajtuan mundësitë për zhvillimin e banimit të përballueshëm dhe forcimin e infrastrukturës kërkimore në fushën e arkitekturës në Kosovë.

Trashëgimia arkitekturore dhe historia e hapësirave tradicionale u përfaqësuan përmes disa punimeve shkencore. Nexhat Çoqaj prezantoi “The Hearth in Traditional Albanian Architecture: Historical Evolution, Architectural Typology and Socio-Cultural Functions”, ndërsa Pajazit Hajzeri trajtoi “Public Baths — Hammams History and Development in Kosovo”. Bekim Çeko dhe Marash Demiri prezantuan “An Analysis of Center-Periphery Interaction in Ottoman Bath Architecture: Structural and Spatial Configuration”, duke trajtuar organizimin hapësinor dhe konfigurimin strukturor të arkitekturës së hamameve osmane.

Në përmbyllje të sesionit, Elira Bushati prezantoi punimin “Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Student Dormitories Built Before and After 1999 in Pristina: Assessment and Recommendations for Future Projects”, duke u fokusuar në vlerësimin e konvikteve studentore në Prishtinë dhe rekomandimet për projekte të ardhshme.

Aktiviteti përfundoi me ceremoninë përmbyllëse dhe ndarjen e certifikatave për pjesëmarrësit, duke shënuar përmbylljen e një programi që vuri në pah rëndësinë e kërkimit shkencor, shkëmbimit të përvojave profesionale dhe zhvillimit të qasjeve inovative për planifikimin hapësinor dhe të ardhmen e qyteteve.

Në kuadër të Konferencës Ndërkombëtare të UBT-së, edicioni i 16-të për Shkenca Farmaceutike dhe Natyrore (IC-PNS 2026) ka mbledhur në Kampusin e UBT-së hulumtues dhe ekspertë të shquar të kësaj fushe.

Inovacionet dhe sfidat e Stomatologjisë moderne në Konferencën Ndërkombëtare të UBT-së

Në kuadër të Konferencës Ndërkombëtare të UBT-së, edicioni i 15-të ka sjellc në vëmendje sesionet e shkencave dentare (IC-DS 2026), të cilat po zhvillohen në Kampusin e UBT-së në Lipjan.

Konferenca Ndërkombëtare e Inxhinierisë së Ndërtimit përfaqëson një platformë të rëndësishme shkencore për prezantimin e hulumtimeve, shkëmbimin e përvojave profesionale dhe diskutimin e zhvillimeve të fundit në fushën e inxhinierisë së ndërtimit. Konferenca bashkon studiues, profesorë, inxhinierë dhe profesionistë nga fusha të ndryshme, duke trajtuar tema që lidhen me projektimin dhe analizën strukturore, sigurinë sizmike, materialet bashkëkohore të ndërtimit, menaxhimin e projekteve, infrastrukturën rrugore, burimet ujore dhe mbrojtjen e mjedisit.

Përmes prezantimeve shkencore dhe diskutimeve profesionale, IC-CEIE 2026 synon të nxisë bashkëpunimin ndërmjet institucioneve akademike dhe sektorit të ndërtimit, si dhe të kontribuojë në zhvillimin e zgjidhjeve inovative, të qëndrueshme dhe efikase për sfidat aktuale të industrisë. Në kuadër të edicionin të 15-të të Konferencës Ndërkombëtare Shkencore të UBT-së, u mbajt Konferenca Ndërkombëtare për Mjekësi, Infermieri dhe Shkencat Teknike Mjekësore.

Kjo ngjarje mblodhi ekspertë, studiues dhe profesionistë të shëndetësisë për të diskutuar sfidat aktuale, hulumtimet shkencore dhe zhvillimet e reja në fushën e mjekësisë dhe kujdesit shëndetësor. Vlen të theksohet se kjo konferencë është e licencuar nga Oda e Mjekëve të Kosovës, duke i dhënë një peshë dhe vlerë edhe më të madhe profesionale dhe akademike.
