A Ukrainian volunteer is seen treading the water while carrying a woman from the evacuation boat to the bank of the river in Kherson city. Kherson civilians have been evacuated as flooding continues to affect some areas in the city. Some evacuees are coming from left bank of Dnipro River, the occupied territory and reunited to their family first time since liberation in last November. As the water level recedes, evacuation is still underway despite willingness to leave has dropped. The collapse of Nova Kakhovka dam in southern Ukraine in June 6 has forced more than 1,400 people to flee their homes.
